Shipping & Returns


 Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Most Orders received before 12 pm/Noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST), will be shipped out within 24 hours, due to processing and handling, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.   Some items may be delayed due to back stock but customers will be notified in such cases. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is guaranteed by the USPS Postal Service to be delivered within 2 – 3 business days. If you have not received your package within three business days, please feel free to track it on the usps.com website.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed.  After processing and handling by Military Hippie, USPS will pick up your package from our facility in Boca Raton, FL at approximately 6 pm (EST).  Your package will be scanned by USPS, into their database, and from that point, it takes up to 48 hours before you will be able to track your package personally on www.usps.com.

***We ship same day so we are not able to make changes to orders.

We Ship Worldwide - You will still be able to track your international shipment through the USPS website at www.usps.com.  Please check with USPS for clarification on delivery times/lengths/methods for your country.

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting Military Hippie. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the tracking information to appear in the USPS postal system.  In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update immediately, but rest assured your items are in good hands with the USPS.

When do you ship packages?

  • If your order is placed before 12 noon (EST), we will ship within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Saturday with no interruption, excluding Sundays and holidays.


Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship internationally
  • Canada is a flat fee of $10.95 
  • Other Destinations Internationally are subject to current postal rates.


Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders are processed and sent out as soon as it comes in so it is impossible to change/cancel orders.

     How do I return an item?

        • We want you to love your items! But, if you don’t – Have no Fear!

    We gladly accept returns! 

        • Returns will be accepted up to 15 days from your original purchase date. Items being returned must not be used/worn.

    Winter Clearance:

    ALL Buy One Get One Free Sales are ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. 

    Please send return to:

     Is it possible to return a gift?

        • Items marked as a gift, and shipped directly to you, are eligible for exchange or credit.  

    If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase and was not sent directly to you, returns must be processed through the person who originally placed the order. We will be happy to give you a store credit if you choose.


    Where is my refund?

        • Please note that due to our high volume store, refunds may take us a little longer to process. Please be patient with us.  Normally we will process refunds within 20 business days upon receipt of your package. * * Please note, although we process within 20 business days, your personal financial institution/credit card provider may also take 3 – 5 days to process through their system.

    Emails received after 5 pm on Friday evening will be addressed the following Monday.
