 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most Orders received before 12 pm/Noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST), will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. Items are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Once an order is placed it is sent to our fulfillment center in San Leandro, CA. It is the same fulfillment center that Jet.com uses which has a very quick delivery time. 

You will be provided tracking info as soon as it is shipped please feel free to track your package to find out exact delivery date.

We Ship Worldwide - Please select various shipping options available during checkout. Which also states clarification on delivery times/lengths/methods for your country.

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting Military Hippie. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to appear in the USPS postal system. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update immediately, but rest assured your items are in good hands with the USPS.

When do you ship packages?

  • If your order is placed before 12 noon (EST), we will ship within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Saturday with no interruption, excluding Sundays and holidays.

 

RETURNS 

    - Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
    - After 15 days, no items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
    - Items being returned must not be used/worn/stained/damaged.
    - We do not cover and/or refund shipping charges.

       Exchanges -- when returning items for an exchange, please include your order number and specify which item is being returned for the exchange while noting the desired item/color/size. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue an online store code for the exchange item and email you the code so you can order your replacement.

      Please note that exchanges just like any other return must be done within 15 days of receiving your order.

      Whenever shipping the item(s) back to us, we strongly suggest you get a tracking number and/or proof of delivery so we can verify it was actually delivered to our address (we are not responsible for items sent to us that get lost by your postal service and/or are not delivered to us).

      - Refunds -- when returning items for a refund, please include your order number and let us know that you're returning for a refund. All refunds are issued to the original payment method utilized when placing the order.

      Please note that due to our high volume store, refunds may take a little longer to process. Please be patient with us. Normally we will process refunds within 5 business days upon receipt of your package. Also, your personal financial institution/credit card provider may take 3-5 business days to process the refund through their system.

      Whenever shipping the item(s) back to us, we strongly suggest you get a tracking number and/or proof of delivery so we can verify it was actually delivered to our address (we are not responsible for items sent to us that get lost by your postal service and/or are not delivered to us).

      - Gifts: items marked as a gift, and shipped directly to you, are eligible for an exchange or credit.

      If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase and was not sent directly to you, returns must be processed through the person who originally placed the order. We will be happy to give you a store credit if you choose.

      - Season Clearance promos such as 50-80% Off: these are FINAL SALE items and promos. Items under any of these promos are non-refundable and non-returnable.

      *BOGO 2-for-1 sale and 50% Off SITEWIDE is presently eligible for just one exchange for another BOGO item (no refunds), with the exception of the following items: Boots, Knitted Cowl Neck Sweaters, Jackets, and Dresses which are NOT exchangeable (and not refundable).

      Furthermore, these promos are exclusive to purchases made during the time frame these promos are available. Purchases made outside that time frame, that is, before or after the promos were available, do not qualify.
